- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆About 12 months ago I received a cold call from this company. On that occasion I did not require their services. The caller was polite and showed no aggression at my declining the service offered. Another cold call was received just over a week ago. I decided that on this occasion I would look at the service. As a result of a demonstration of the product at my home, no pressure being applied in any way, I made a check of the reviews on the company. Despite not all reviews being positive and discussing the reviews with the company, I purchased the basic protection. The fitter arrived within a few days at the time arranged and carried out a first class job. All areas were treated with respect and any debris etc removed. Within days an accidental actuation of the alarm brought a speedy check to ensure all was ok.By rscott169blueyonde, April 16, 2020
